This is our required team meeting where we will gather for lunch, team building, and training to prepare for our trip together this summer!

Each participant must complete the following:

1. FCC REGISTRATION AND WAIVER

2. GLEANINGS HEALTH AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY FORM

3. Submit a non-refundable $50 deposit by March 10

4. Attend Team Meeting on June 2

5. All Fees due by June 2
